The President of Russia announces the conditions for ending the war
Russian President Vladimir Putin told his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron that he has conditions to end the war against Ukraine; are "the recognition of Crimea as a Russian land, the declaration of Kyiv's neutrality, and the Ukrainian government's abandonment of its Nazism."
Russia threatens to launch nuclear missiles despite the start of negotiations
The Kremlin said, in a statement after a phone call between the two presidents, that Putin stipulated "recognition of Russia's sovereignty over Crimea, the disarmament of the Ukrainian state, its abandonment of Nazism and the guarantee of its neutral status" to the settlement of the conflict between Moscow and Kyiv.
